Refund Policy

Ebooks and Digital Downloads

Because digital files cannot be returned, all ebook sales are final. We will make it right in these cases:

  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not download. Contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
  • You bought the same ebook twice by mistake. Contact us within 48 hours, before downloading the duplicate, for a refund.

Paperbacks

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you.
  • Other returns: unused books in new condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Presale Orders

You may cancel a presale order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Contact us with your order number.

Services

Refunds for publishing, content, and creative services are covered by the written agreement for that project.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
