Griffin-Grubbs Publishing ("we," "us") operates griffingrubbspublishing.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

- Orders: name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number, and order details.
- Forms: information you submit through our contact, manuscript, waitlist, inquiry, and newsletter forms.
- Automatic data: device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
We do not store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data under its own privacy policy.
How We Use Information
- To process orders, deliver ebooks, and ship paperbacks.
- To reply to your inquiries and manuscript submissions.
- To send updates you asked for, such as the newsletter or the Ryan and the Navigators waitlist. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and improve our content.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Stripe (payments), ShipStation and USPS or other carriers (shipping), our web host, and email and form tools. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and Embedded Content
We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand site traffic. Pages may include embedded content such as YouTube videos, which can set their own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work properly.
Children
Our site is intended for adults. Ryan and the Navigators is a children's series, but its waitlist and partnership forms are for parents, educators, and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.
